Massage Envy Ortega is hiring and inviting applicants who are excited to help clients feel their best. You will deliver exceptional service, educate guests on services, and drive retail and membership sales.

As part of a supportive team, you’ll manage client scheduling, answer inquiries, and contribute to a smooth clinic flow while enjoying benefits for full-time staff and opportunities for growth within the network.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask with strong math and computer skills.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build guest relationships.
• Knowledge of massage and skincare services is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued.
• Promote Total Body Care and book services and retail purchases.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling, answering calls and emails.

Qualified Candidates:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
