Job summary

J.Crew Factory is seeking a Sales Associate to be a brand ambassador, presenting personal style and welcoming energy on the sales floor. You will help customers find their look and collaborate with teammates to drive the business and create a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities include driving sales, using product knowledge tools, participating in fit sessions, and providing exceptional service while aligning with our values and culture.

Hourly Range: $16.00 - $17.10
