SweatHouz Infrared Sauna Studio in Roswell, GA is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a premium SweatHouz experience while driving membership sales. You will engage guests, conduct tours, and follow up with leads across phone and text channels.

The role supports membership acquisition, retention, and upsell in a fast-paced wellness environment. Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, fitness, spa, or wellness preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using POS, booking systems, email, and other technology.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective members and communicate the value of SweatHouz memberships and services.
• Conduct studio tours and support the membership sales process.
• Follow up with leads by phone, text, and approved communication channels.
• Support membership acquisition, conversion, upsell, and retention goals.
• Greet guests and provide a welcoming, high-touch experience.
• Book and manage guest appointments and answer membership and service questions.
• Process membership and retail transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized studio.
• Assist with suite turnover, including cleaning sauna and shower areas between sessions.
• Support laundry, towel stocking, and other daily studio needs.

SWTHZ (https://swthz.com) is the fastest growing multi-unit brand in wellness. SWTHZ is the leading luxury boutique contrast therapy studio focused on accelerating the adoption of deliberate exposure to heat and cold through private suites featuring infrared sauna, cold plunge, and vitamin C showers.

The Sales Associate is an energetic, guest-focused team member responsible for delivering an exceptional SweatHouz experience while supporting studio sales and membership goals.

This hands-on role combines sales, lead follow-up, guest service, and day-to-day studio operations. Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous sales, hospitality, retail, fitness, spa, or wellness experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable selling and speaking with guests in person and over the phone
• Dependable, organized, professional, and guest-focused
• Motivated by goals and comfortable in a sales-driven environment
• Comfortable using POS, booking systems, email, and other technology
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
