The Sales Associate will set the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear by ensuring every patient and customer has the best experience. The role helps establish LensCrafters as the premier destination for all vision needs in our community.

Duties and responsibilities include:

1. Consistently deliver sales plans and meet company objectives through existing customer relationships and by building new ones.
2. Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements, helping customers find the perfect vision solution.
3. Participate actively and contribute to a positive work environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
4. Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to change.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in a retail environment or customer service
• Familiarity with Point of Sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills
• Ability to sell using sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment
