Job Summary:
Al Willeford Chevrolet is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team in Portland, Texas. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, assisting them with their vehicle needs, and promoting the sale of vehicles and additional products and services. This is a full-time, salary position in the auto industry, with the potential for bonuses and commission based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Listen to and understand customers' needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and additional services
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to customers
- Negotiate and finalize sales transactions in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of current and upcoming vehicle models, features, and promotions
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to foster and maintain relationships and promote future sales
- Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives
- Utilize dealership software and tools to manage customer accounts and sales processes
- Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience from initial contact to after-sales support
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in automotive sales or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Familiarity with automotive financing and sales processes
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
