Job summary

FriendShip is hiring Retail Sales Associates to deliver customer service, operate point-of-sale, stock merchandise, and maintain a clean store environment. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Starting hourly pay is $15.00 with a weekly pay cycle, flexible hours, growth opportunities, bonuses and benefits as part of a people-first team in a fast-moving retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• 1 year of experience in food service or C-Store/QSR helpful
• ServSafe Certification Level 1 preferred

At FriendShip, our Retail Sales Associates are the heart of our stores. In this role, you’ll deliver Wicked Awesome Customer Service (WACS), help maintain Clean and Bright Stores (CABS), and prepare our FResh, Delicious, and ReaDY (FREDDY) food items where applicable. You’ll create a welcoming environment for our guests while supporting daily store operations as part of a people-first team.

What You’ll Do

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Preferred 1 year of experience in food service restaurant or at the C-Store of QSR level.
• Achieving level 1 ServSafe Certification
• Must be able to work with minimum amount of supervision under stressful conditions

Physical Demands and Environmental Condition Requirements

Occasional:

Walking, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs., pushing and pulling, climbing, stooping, forward bending, squatting, reaching, use of hands and feet, exposure to hot and cold temperatures, weather, atmospheric conditions.

Frequent:

Standing, sitting, driving, use of hands, talking, hearing, seeing.
