Tommy Bahama in the United States is seeking a store ambassador to deliver world-class service and drive sales. You will greet guests, recommend merchandise, share product knowledge, and create a relaxed, island-inspired shopping experience.

As a team leader, you will participate in store meetings, support the crew, and contribute to meeting or exceeding sales and service goals. A 2+ years background in guest and sales roles and a high school diploma are required.

• Collaborator who identifies opportunities and takes initiative.

• Willingness to perform other duties to support the business.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and help locate or obtain merchandise based on guest needs.
