Job summary

Tommy Bahama is seeking an experienced retail leader to drive store performance by executing merchandising and visual standards that invite guests to shop and linger. You will set performance expectations, coach your team, and shape internal growth programs while onboarding and developing staff to build a high-performing, collaborative crew.

The role requires 2+ years in retail with merchandising/visual concepts, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Retail with exposure to Retail Merchandising and Visual Concepts.
• Experience supervising a team in a management capacity.
