Job summary

Handyman Connection of Parker is seeking a Sales Associate / Estimator for Douglas County. This independent contractor role offers 100% commission on sold jobs, mileage reimbursement, and warm, in-bound leads from homeowners needing repairs and remodels.

You'll meet homeowners on-site, prepare estimates, present proposals, and close sales while building relationships with Realtors and local business partners. Ideal candidates are sales-driven with strong communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License & reliable transportation.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

What You’ll Do

• Meet Homeowners & Provide Estimates – Conduct on-site visits in Douglas County and Southern Denver Metro, take measurements/photos, and prepare proposals using estimating software.
• Sell & Book Jobs – Present estimates, highlight our value, and close the sale.
• Maintain Profitability – Sell jobs at or above the company’s target gross profit to meet profitability goals.
• Cultivate Referral Partners – Build relationships with Realtors, property managers, and local business owners to grow sales faster.
• Manage Communication – Handle customer questions, concerns, warranty issues, and follow-ups with professionalism.
• Collaborate with the Team – Work closely with office and field staff to ensure smooth project execution.
