Job summary

Handyman Connection of Parker is seeking experienced Craftsmen to tackle a variety of home repair and improvement projects in the Douglas County area. You will perform carpentry, drywall, painting, minor plumbing, electrical, and other general repairs with a focus on quality and professionalism.

The role offers competitive pay, 1099 independence, and support from a team that handles calls, scheduling, and marketing so you can focus on the work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in home improvement or remodeling
• Reliable work vehicle and own tools
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Must pass a background check
• Friendly, professional, and committed to delivering a great customer experience
• Comfortable using a smartphone and accessing mobile apps
• Independent Contractor (1099) – must carry general liability insurance

• Accurately estimate labor and material costs and complete jobs with customer satisfaction in mind

What You’ll Do

Your Skills & Experience (Must Have 3+ of the Following):

• Carpentry (framing, trim, repairs)
• Drywall (installation, taping, patching, texturing)
• Interior & Exterior Painting
• Minor Plumbing (fixture replacement, leak repairs)
• Minor Electrical (outlet/switch replacement, fixture installs)
• General Home Repairs & Maintenance
• Remodeling Experience a big plus

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in home improvement or remodeling
• Reliable work vehicle and own tools
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
• Must pass a background check
• Friendly, professional, and committed to delivering a great customer experience
• Comfortable using a smartphone and accessing mobile apps
• Independent Contractor (1099) – Must carry general liability insurance (workers comp where required)
