Role Description:

Join our exceptional team at Hometown Markets as a Full or Part-Time Store Associate. As a pivotal member of our team, you'll engage in various aspects of daily store operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences and contributing to our continued success.

Required Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Must be 18 years of age or older.
3. Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
4. Willingness to undergo and successfully pass a comprehensive background check prior to employment.

Responsibilities as a Store Associate at Hometown Markets:

As a Store Associate at Hometown Markets, you will:

1. Provide excellent customer service by assisting patrons, operating cash registers, completing shift paperwork, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
2. Uphold store standards by conducting routine tasks such as stocking shelves, emptying trash, and performing basic cleaning duties.
3. Execute miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the store manager to support overall operational efficiency.
4. Show commitment to customer satisfaction.
5. Communicate effectively with customers and team.
6. Greet customers courteously and meet their needs promptly.
7. Assist with cleaning and stocking.
8. Follow protocols while working independently.
9. Be eager to learn store procedures.

Schedule:

8-hour shifts scheduled throughout the week, Monday to Sunday.

Available Shifts Include (shift availability may vary based on location):

1. Morning Shift - 6 a.m - 2 p.m. or 7 a.m. - 3 p.m. - currently all positions filled
2. Afternoon Shift: 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. or 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. - open positions available
3. Overnight Shift: 10 p.m. - 6 a.m. or 11 p.m. - 7 a.m. - open positions available
