Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a Sales Associate to join our in-store team in Utah. You will be a frontline ambassador, helping customers find the right styles and fits while supporting daily store tasks and keeping the space welcoming.

Responsibilities include assisting with head-to-toe looks, processing online orders, and maintaining store visuals. The role requires energy, team spirit, and a customer-first attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Sales Associates act as friendly brand ambassadors, helping customers find the right styles and fits, supporting daily store activities, and keeping the store looking clean, fresh, and ready for the next visit.

What You’ll Do

Customer Experience & Sales

• Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop.
• Help customers build head to toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel and must have add ons.

Store Ops & Execution

• Help with daily store tasks like restocking, maintaining or upkeeping of fitting room, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized.
• Maintain store visuals and recovery standards so the store is always customer ready.
• Follow all safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and product.
• Handle all company and customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Teamwork & Culture

• Work together with teammates and leaders to crush store goals.
• Take part in training and coaching: learn, grow, and level up.
