Job summary

Camarillo Fitness is seeking energetic Sales Associates to be the face of our studio. You’ll greet members, guide tours, and drive membership and retail sales while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

In this front-of-house role you’ll maintain accurate records in our sales systems and collaborate with coaches to foster a high-energy team environment. Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• Passion for health and fitness with a desire to help others reach goals.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in fitness or retail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in basic computer software (MS Office, email).
• Flexible availability including weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to grow with CamFit.
