Job summary

The Tile Shop is seeking a results-oriented sales associate to greet customers, build lasting relationships, and drive tile sales with excellent product knowledge. You will educate customers on installation and usage, track orders, and contribute to achieving sales goals in a dynamic environment.

We offer a draw plus commission structure, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth within our network of stores. Customer service excellence is at the core of this role.

Job Description

• Proactively greet customers professionally
• Develop lasting customer relationships by treating customers with courtesy
• Conduct follow‑up customer communication
• Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers
• Understand and track established individual sales goals
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
• Other duties as assigned

45K to 75K expected 1st-year earnings in a draw pluscommission payment structure
