Club Pilates is seeking a Front Desk/Sales Associate to be the first point of contact for prospective and current members. You will drive membership sales, support member retention, and foster a welcoming studio community in a fast-paced wellness setting.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Basic computer proficiency, including email, scheduling systems, and MS Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new membership sales through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
  • Conduct consultations with prospective members to understand fitness goals and recommend options.
  • Schedule and promote Intro Classes to convert prospects into active members.
  • Meet or exceed individual and studio sales goals and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all sales activities in ClubReady.
  • Greet members and guests, creating a welcoming studio atmosphere.
  • Build relationships to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries by phone, email, text, or walk-ins.
  • Resolve member concerns or escalate to studio leadership as needed.
  • Support daily studio operations and keep the environment clean and organized.
  • Process member account requests (freezes, cancellations, updates).
  • Ensure compliance with policies and service standards.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures and guest management.
  • Act as studio leader in the absence of the General Manager.
  • Represent the studio at local events and partnerships.
  • Support grassroots marketing to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Be a positive ambassador for Club Pilates and Aligned Fitness Holdings.

The Front Desk/Sales Associcate serves as the first point of contact for prospective and current members and plays a critical role in creating an exceptional studio experience. As a brand ambassador for Club Pilates and Aligned Fitness Holdings, this individual is responsible for building relationships, driving membership sales, supporting member retention, and fostering a welcoming studio community.

This role combines sales, customer service, and operational support responsibilities, requiring a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities
Membership Sales & Business Development
  • Generate new membership sales through proactive outreach, lead follow-up, and relationship-building efforts.
  • Conduct consultations with prospective members to understand their fitness goals and recommend appropriate membership options.
  • Schedule and promote Intro Classes to convert prospects into active members.
  • Meet or exceed individual and studio sales goals and key performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities, communications, and member interactions within ClubReady.
Member Experience & Customer Service
  • Deliver exceptional service by warmly greeting members and guests and creating a positive, professional studio atmosphere.
  • Build strong relationships with members to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, text messages, and walk-in inquiries.
  • Resolve member concerns or elevate issues appropriately to studio leadership.
Studio Operations
  • Support daily studio operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
  • Process member account requests, including freezes, cancellations, and account updates in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with all Club Pilates and Aligned Fitness Holdings policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Assist with opening and closing studio procedures as assigned.
  • Serve as the acting studio leader in the absence of the General Manager when designated.
Community Outreach & Brand Awareness
  • Represent the studio at local networking events, community activities, partnerships, and promotional initiatives.
  • Support grassroots marketing efforts designed to increase brand awareness and generate new leads.
  • Act as a positive ambassador for Club Pilates and Aligned Fitness Holdings within the local community.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse individuals.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including experience with email, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Preferred
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, fitness, or wellness industries.
  • Experience working toward sales goals, quotas, or performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with ClubReady or similar customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Physical Requirements
