KnitWell Group, owner of Chico's brands, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and support store operations in Norman, OK. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and contribute to a welcoming, stylish shopping experience.

The role requires flexible availability, including nights and weekends, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset to drive store performance.

Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.

Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
