Job summary

Chico's Retail Operations, Inc. is hiring a Sales Associate in Newport Beach, CA, within the KnitWell Group. You will be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment, delivering personalized service and helping shoppers with product knowledge.

Responsibilities include merchandising, inventory replenishment, and maintaining a visually inspiring store. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required; 16+ years age minimum in some states; 50 lb lift capability expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old for AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
