Job summary

Chico's retail role at KnitWell Group seeks a Sales Associate who delivers a customer-centered experience, builds authentic connections, and provides personalized service in Olympia, WA. You’ll use available tools to create a seamless omnichannel experience, educate customers on loyalty programs, and support merchandising and inventory tasks with a team mindset.

Eligibility Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old. Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
