In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience while meeting sales goals and promoting the brand. Key Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Meet or exceed individual sales targets by cultivating strong customer relationships and demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.
• Client Experience: Welcome and assist clients with a warm, professional approach; provide thoughtful recommendations tailored to their needs.
• Client Communication: Follow up with clients via email, phone, and in person to answer inquiries, support purchases, and foster loyalty.
• Product Knowledge: Become an expert on all store offerings—including brand stories, lead times, and shipping policies—across all collections.
• Registry: Support clients with building and managing their registries, offering personalized guidance throughout the process.
• Visual Merchandising: Support the visual standards of the store, including cleanliness, organization, and replenishment of merchandise.
• Promotions & Events: Collaborate on creative ideas for in-store events and promotional efforts to drive traffic and sales.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely records of sales, customer interactions, and client preferences.
• Team Contribution: Help onboard new team members, share best practices, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with Magento and Square POS systems is a plus.
