Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Associate in Natick, MA to welcome customers with a hospitality-driven approach and provide personalized service. You will learn Soma products, share recommendations, and help customers feel confident in their purchases.

The role supports merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations in a fast-paced retail setting. Flexible availability is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on delivering a seamless shopping experience and contributing

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old in most states; some states allow 16+ with restrictions.
• Ability to operate the register.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch and lift up to 50 pounds.
