Job summary

Chico's in Naples, FL is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers and provide personalized service in a customer-centered environment. You will learn our product lines and help create a seamless shopping experience across in-store and online channels.

The role requires flexible availability, a passion for fashion, and a collaborative spirit, with opportunities to grow and contribute to store success. Regular/Part-time hours are available at The Village on Venetian Bay store.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old in most states; some states allow 16-year-olds with restrictions.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
