BODY20 Lake Oswego is seeking a Sales Associate who will enhance the customer experience at our fitness studio in Naperville. The role involves building relationships with members, participating in community events, and engaging on social media.

The ideal candidate has a passion for health and wellness and at least 1–3 years of sales experience in the fitness or wellness space. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for career progression.

Responsibilities

• Participate in community events to promote the BODY20 brand
• Build community business relationships and partnerships
• Create 3–5 social media posts per week and develop strategies to engage current followers and grow the BODY20 community
• Work as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales, onboarding new members, and providing superior customer service

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in fitness or wellness industry sales
• Ability to take 1–2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation

$16.00 – $18.00 per hour
