Job summary

Moore's Ace Hardware in Georgia is looking for a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, help customers find products, and support store operations in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

No heavy hardware background required; training is provided. You’ll engage customers through promotions, assist with merchandise, and uphold cleanliness and safety while becoming part of the local Ace Family.

Qualifications

• Previous hardware experience is a plus but not required.

• Ensure each customer receives outstanding service
• Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements
• Execute the daily operational, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by store management
• Assist in the training and development of peers
• Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards
• Participate in the processing of new shipments and help the team keep the receiving and back stock area clean and organized
• Respond to safety issues
• Aid customers in locating merchandise in store, on acehardware.com, and process special orders
• Answer customers' questions and provide information on procedures and policies
• Engage customers through Ace Rewards program

The Primary responsibilities of the Sales Associate position are to maintain outstanding customer service, generate sales, merchandise product, and support the store management team.
