Aaron’s in Modesto, CA is hiring a Sales Associate to engage with customers, drive sales, and keep the floor and merchandise organized. You’ll also handle customer files and contracts, with training and tools provided for safety and success.

The role pays $16.50 to $17.75 per hour and is eligible for incentive pay based on performance. Benefits include paid time off, health insurance, and a 401(k) plan. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

What you need:

Additional requirements:

• Able to perform a physical job including lifting 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (don’t worry, we’ll train you and give you the tools to do it safely)
• Age: 18 or older
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
