North Rising Star in the Minneapolis/St. Louis Park area is hiring full-time Sales Associates for an in-person role.

You will meet customers face-to-face, explain client campaigns, and help generate new interest and sales. We welcome applicants from retail, hospitality, customer service, or other people-focused backgrounds and offer paid training, weekly base pay, performance-based earnings, and ongoing coaching.

North Rising Star is growing its Minneapolis team and looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join us as full-time Sales Associates.

This is an in-person role for someone who enjoys meeting new people, communicating confidently, and working toward clear goals. You’ll represent client campaigns directly, speak with customers face-to-face, and help generate new customer interest and sales.

Whether you already have sales experience or come from retail, hospitality, customer service, or another people-focused background, we’re interested in candidates who are ready to learn and motivated to perform.

Location & Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site position in the Minneapolis/St. Louis Park area. This is not a remote position.
