Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking energetic individuals to welcome guests, present the Orangetheory concept, and guide intros through their first workout. You’ll join a fast-paced studio team dedicated to helping members achieve real results.

You’ll receive extensive paid training, a collaborative work culture, and opportunities for growth as you sell memberships, support events, and contribute to the studio’s success.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge.
• Present the OTF concept to interested consumers (intros).
• Give studio tours.
• Work with trainers to guide intros through the first workout.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Follow up with prospective clients.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events.
• Keep all studio areas clean and organized.
