Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store visually, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

What You'll Do

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customers to return, utilizing your product knowledge and customer service skills
• Maintain visual standards by covering the sales floor zone and ensuring assigned areas are appealing
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote add-on sales using benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram updates, including store layout, wall displays, fixtures, and merchandising mix
• Communicate fashion and music trend information to management and HQ partners
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry
• Support store maintenance by keeping the stock room organized and the store tidy
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals
• Perform any other activities assigned by the Store Leader

What You'll Need
