Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store in an appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

What You'll Do

1. Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customers to return, leveraging your product knowledge and customer service skills.
2. Maintain visual standards in your assigned sales floor zones.
3. Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote add-on sales, including benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
4. Assist with planogram updates, including store layout, wall displays, fixtures, and merchandising.
5. Share fashion and music trend information with management and HQ partners.
6. Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry.
7. Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
8. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by your Store Leader.

What You'll Need
