White House Black Market in Metairie, LA is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to welcome customers and provide personalized service. You will learn product knowledge, build authentic connections, and support a seamless omnichannel shopping experience across in-store and digital channels.

Ideal candidates are passionate about fashion, customer service, and teamwork, with flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Formación

• Must be 16+ in select states and 18+ in all others.
• Able to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to learn new processes and tools quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old. Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
