Carter's, Inc. is seeking a friendly Sales Associate in Manassas to warmly greet customers and guide them through our baby and children’s apparel. You will help customers find styles, process POS transactions, and learn our loyalty program while maintaining a clean, inviting store environment.

The role offers part-time hours, flexible scheduling including weekends, and opportunities for growth through training and development programs and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly service in a retail setting.
• Ability to engage customers and explain product features.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
