Job summary

Carter’s, Inc. in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to welcome customers, explain product features, and help families browse baby and kids clothing. This part-time role focuses on delivering outstanding service in a busy retail environment.

You’ll support omnichannel shopping, process transactions at the register, and assist with replenishment. Availability on weekends and holidays is expected; previous retail experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
