Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Sales Associate role located in Malibu, CA. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product information, managing transactions, and maintaining store appearance. Day-to-day tasks include greeting customers, recommending suitable products, handling cash and card transactions, restocking shelves, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Skills: Interpersonal communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
• Retail Experience: Knowledge of inventory management, sales techniques, and merchandising
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills
