The Morton Arboretum is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to join the Arboretum Store team. You will deliver high-level customer service, assist in merchandising, and ring sales on the POS system. The position runs seasonally from September 2026 through January 2027.
Responsibilities include greeting customers, promoting merchandise, restocking, and helping with inventory and store events. Strong communication and retail experience are preferred, with POS familiarity a plus.

Provide a high level of customer service to visitors in The Arboretum Store by assisting in the sales and merchandising of the various products for sale. This role is expected to run from September 2026-January 2027.
High school graduate or equivalent required, some college preferred. 1+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills required. Experience utilizing POS software preferred.

The hiring rate for this position is $20/hour. competitive benefits package.
