The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of sales experience, customer service experience, and a valid sales license. High school diploma preferred, with some college coursework optional. Weekend work is required.

Busy RV dealership is looking for full-time experienced sales associate. Weekend work is required.

GGENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

A sales associate is responsible for professionally greeting RV customers, guiding them through the RV presentation and purchase process, closing the sale.

EDUCATION:

High school diploma, some college preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

One Years’ Experience: A minimum of one-year relevant experience in the sales field preferred. Candidate must also have one year’s customer service experience. Experience in RV or automotive dealership environment is preferred but not required. A valid sales license is required.

ENVIRONMENTAL/WORKING CONDITIONS:

Sales Associates are exposed to the following conditions

• Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures and weather
• May be exposed to solvents and chemicals
• Other risks associated with working around RV’s

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS:

Varied activities including sitting, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, stooping. It requires eye-hand coordination, finger dexterity. The position is mainly outdoors in various temperatures.
