Job summary

J.Crew Group (JCG) is seeking a Sales Associate in Kentucky to embody the brand with personal style and energy on the sales floor. You will help customers discover their look and collaborate with managers to drive business success, delivering a seamless and inclusive shopping experience.

You will stay current with fashion trends, support the brand’s values, and contribute to a team-focused environment with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in operational and product driven store tasks assigned by the management team while acting in a manner that aligns with our brand values.
• Share customer feedback and insights with the management team.

Who You Are

• Are at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, demonstrating strong problem‑solving skills.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Hourly Range: $13.50 – $15.52

The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region of work premises, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
