Job summary

Carter's is hiring a Sales Associate in Kansas City to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will warmly greet customers, recommend baby essentials, and help families shop across product styles and promotions.

You will handle transactions, maintain store appearance, and support omni-channel experiences while promoting the Carter's loyalty program and discounts. This role requires flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and explain product features and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues with a positive, proactive approach.
• Assist with omnichannel shopping as needed to ensure a positive experience.
• Process sales transactions accurately at the register.
• Restock and replenish floors and shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the loyalty program to customers.
