Job summary

Carter's is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the first face of our brand for families. You will warmly greet customers, share product knowledge, and help them choose the right baby and children’s essentials.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with product knowledge, features, and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues confidently and balance multiple customers at once in a busy store.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience across channels.
• Execute and complete sales transactions at the point of sale/register.
• Complete floor replenishment and manage shipments as needed.
• Promote brand loyalty programs and promotions to customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and loss prevention practices.
