Base pay range

$45,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

Role Responsibilities

  • Engage with consumers to understand their goals and motivations
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and improve sales processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and potential customers.
  • Assist in identifying and generating new sales leads to meet business targets.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase company offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify sales opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports to track performance and forecast future sales trends.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute valuable insights for team improvement.
  • Assist in training new sales staff on company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and industry insights.
  • Attend networking events and trade shows to promote company products.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as set by management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a retail or consulting environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
  • Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and resilience under pressure.
  • Availability to work on-site and during business hours.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
  • Background in consulting services is an advantage.
