Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Hilton Head Island is seeking friendly, energetic individuals to greet guests with enthusiasm and share our fitness story. You will present intros, give studio tours, and work with trainers to guide first workouts.

This role focuses on membership sales and outreach, in a collaborative, growth-oriented studio environment. Training is extensive and paid, with opportunities to learn every aspect of the business and potentially advance within the brand.

Qualifications

• Energetic and eager to share Orangetheory Fitness story with guests.
• Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and in writing.
• Able to work well in a team and stay positive in a busy studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone entering the studio with energy and knowledge.
• Present the Orangetheory concept to interested customers (intros).
• Give studio tours to potential members.
• Collaborate with trainers to guide intros through their first workout.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive and grow.
• Follow up with prospective clients to convert interest into signups.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events to raise awareness.
• Keep all studio areas clean and organized.
