Orangetheory Fitness in Oregon is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our studio team. You will greet guests with energy, share the Orangetheory concept, and guide intros to workouts, helping convert interest into memberships.

Training is provided and you will be part of a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. The role emphasizes strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and the daily duties of promoting fitness, supporting events, and maintaining a welcoming studio.

Here’s more of what the position entails:

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge


• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros”


• Giving studio tours


• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout


• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive


• Following up on prospective clients


• Participating in marketing and outreach events


• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
