Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Hilton Head Island, SC is seeking energetic individuals to join our team as studio representatives. You will greet guests, present the OTF concept, give tours, guide intros with trainers, and sell memberships to help the studio thrive.

A friendly, persuasive demeanor and strong communication skills are essential. You'll participate in marketing and outreach events, maintain a clean, organized studio, and grow with a world-class fitness company that values passion,

Responsibilities

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros”
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
