• Follows opening and closing procedures as directed by store leadership.

The Part-Time Sales Associate plays an essential role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, supporting daily store operations, and representing the Simon Pearce brand with warmth and professionalism. Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Sales

• Supports daily store operations, including stocking, replenishment, and back-of-house organization.

• Helps maintain a visually appealing sales floor by executing merchandising standards and ensuring product displays, fixtures, and the cash wrap are clean and organized.
• Follows opening and closing procedures as directed by store leadership.

Team Collaboration

Qualifications Desired
