Job summary

Hagan Ace Hardware Green Cove Springs is seeking a reliable sales associate to assist customers on the floor, help locate merchandise, and process special orders. You will be proficient in in-store services such as mixing paint, cutting glass, pipes and keys, and will ensure shipments are stocked and overstock is moved to proper areas.

You will keep the sales floor, receiving, and back stock organized, clean, and fully stocked, and you will remove promotional bin tags and price tags after sales

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to locate products and assist customers quickly.
• Comfort with processing special orders and basic in-store tasks.

Sales Floor Duties

• Assist customers in locating merchandising in store, as well as, processing special orders
• Be proficient at executing all store services, such as mixing paint, cutting glass, pipe and keys
• Ensure all incoming merchandise shipments are stocked in its proper home and all overstock is away.
• Help the team to keep the sales floor, receiving and back stock area organized, clean and fully stocked.
• Remove promotional bin tags from displays, and price tags as required following sales events, flyers etc.
