Chico's in Granger, IN is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to welcome customers and provide personalized service in a fast-paced, brand-focused environment.

You will share product knowledge, engage in authentic conversations, support merchandising and store operations, and help create an omnichannel shopping experience.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, plus strong communication and teamwork, will help you thrive and grow within the organization.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
