Psycho Bunny is hiring a Sales Associate for the Grand Prairie Premium Outlets, on-site. You will support sales, run transactions, and assist with transfers and fulfillment while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Capable of working collaboratively with team members to reach goals.
• Comfort with using computer systems for ringing transactions and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the store’s visual directives and housekeeping standards.
• Ring transactions and manage merchandise transfers and order fulfillment.
• Protect store assets and report loss prevention issues to a supervisor.
• Engage with customers to build long-term relationships and drive sales.
• Capture customer contact details (phone and email) to grow the customer base.
• Perform other duties as required by store management.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate guarantees a consistently high customer experience within the store utilizing Psycho Bunny's core values and service standards.

Your Daily Adventures

• You will assist with the store’s visual directives and maintain standards of housekeeping.
• You will develop a full understanding of computer systems to ring transactions and perform other functions, such as merchandise transfers and order fulfillment.
• You will protect store assets and inventory through awareness of loss prevention procedures and will report any violations to a supervisor.
• You will employ an authentic approach to clienteling and building long-term relationships with customers with a focus on building sales.
• You will build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion and capturing customer phone and e-mail.
• You will assist with all other duties as required by store management.
