Psycho Bunny is hiring a Sales Associate for The Shops at Clearfork (on-site). You will support daily store operations, engage customers, and drive sales with a bold, customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Develop a full understanding of computer systems to ring transactions and perform merchandise transfers and order fulfillment.
• Protect store assets and inventory and report violations to a supervisor (loss prevention).
• Engage in clienteling and build long-term relationships with customers to drive sales.
• Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement and capturing customer contact information.
• Assist with other duties as required by store management.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate guarantees a consistently high customer experience within the store utilizing Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards.

Your Daily Adventures

• You will assist with the store’s visual directives and maintain standards of housekeeping.
• You will develop a full understanding of computer systems to ring transactions and perform other functions, such as merchandise transfers and order fulfillment.
• You will protect store assets and inventory through awareness of loss prevention procedures and will report any violations to a supervisor.
• You will employ an authentic approach to clienteling and building long‑term relationships with customers with a focus on building sales.
• You will build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion and capturing customer phone and e‑mail.
• You will assist with all other duties as required by store management.
