Chico's in The Shoppes at Brinton Lake, Glen Mills, PA, is hiring a Sales Associate. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and deliver personalized service in a hospitality-driven environment.

You will engage customers to understand their needs, promote loyalty programs, and help maintain an inspiring store atmosphere while supporting merchandising and stockroom tasks. This role emphasizes teamwork and community impact.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
