Job summary

Chico's is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a customer-centered experience in our Fort Worth store. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and create seamless omni-channel interactions while meeting personal goals.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, store presentation, and collaboration with store leaders. Must be 16+ in this state and comfortable handling POS systems.
