Job summary

WHBM is seeking a Sales Associate in Fort Wayne, IN to welcome customers with a hospitality-driven approach. You will share product knowledge, engage shoppers, and provide personalized service to build lasting connections in a vibrant retail environment.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required, with a focus on teamwork and owning the guest experience across omnichannel touchpoints. Physical tasks include lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must meet age requirements for state of residence (16+ in specified states; 18+ in all other states).
• Availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to learn processes and tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
