Chico's-Louisville store is seeking a Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment, reflect our hospitality culture, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service.

You’ll support merchandising, inventory replenishment, store organization, and create a visually inspiring shopping space, with flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. This role also offers merchandise discounts and development opportunities.

Eligibility

Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.

Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
